A couple of days ago CreoleinDC asked us what we ate for breakfast and lunch. I didn’t even bother to comment because I was off that day. Didn’t eat breakfast and there were no vegetables to be seen at lunch (unless you count the tomatoes and onions in my salsa, lol). Anyway, today was definitely an improvement. I’ve been off all week so I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast, but lunch was inspired by the Food Network show Healthy Appetite with Ellie Krieger.
