I watch cartoons. Disney, Nickelodeon and The Cartoon Network are some of my favorite channels. Flipping the channels one day, I came across a cartoon that surprised me with its wonderfulness. Action, adventure, humor, life lessons all in one! It’s not a typical kiddie cartoon so I wouldn’t recommend it for your real little ones, but if you want a show to watch with your tweens (or you’re looking for something new yourself), I highly recommend The Avatar: The Last Airbender.
A couple of days ago CreoleinDC asked us what we ate for breakfast and lunch. I didn’t even bother to comment because I was off that day. Didn’t eat breakfast and there were no vegetables to be seen at lunch (unless you count the tomatoes and onions in my salsa, lol). Anyway, today was definitely an improvement. I’ve been off all week so I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast, but lunch was inspired by the Food Network show Healthy Appetite with Ellie Krieger.
